We do the agreed evidence work.
Every paid option buys evidence preparation and package assembly, not a paid list of missing information.
Gather agreed records
We review the catalog and available records, retrieve existing supporting evidence from authorized sources, and organize it by product.
Follow up and compare
We contact approved suppliers or laboratories, make the agreed follow-up attempts, compare inconsistent information, and seek clarification.
Prepare the handoff
We assemble the product information, linked evidence, and prepared certificate information, then include one customer review and correction round.
If required evidence or a decision is still missing, we explain what is blocking that product and the next step. We do not label an unfinished product ready.
SCOPE AND OUTSIDE WORK
Clear limits before work begins.
The quote records the models and variants included, the approved sources, and the agreed preparation pathway. It also sets the target schedule; supplier, laboratory, and approval dependencies mean we do not guarantee a turnaround time.
We confirm the final fixed quote, agreed products, outside costs, and target schedule before payment. A starting fee is not an undisclosed extra-charge mechanism.
The standard scope uses existing supporting evidence, one agreed submission pathway and handoff format, an initial request plus two follow-up attempts per approved source, and one customer correction round.
Count a distinct product model that needs its own evidence review and certificate information, not automatically every catalog row or color. We confirm included models and variants before charging.
New testing, samples or shipping, translation, independent specialist or legal advice, customs filing, and broker charges are outside the preparation fee. We explain and obtain approval for any actual third-party cost; no Product Registry registration fee is included or assumed.
Extra products, another submission pathway, another correction round, or work beyond the agreed retrieval and follow-up limits receives a written change quote. Complex cases receive a separate quote before payment.
PAYMENT AND BLOCKED PRODUCTS
Payment reflects the work and the result.
Preparation takes effort even when a product remains blocked. The policy makes the completed work, ready products, and any unfinished products visible.
- 50% is due after scope and fee approval for agreed preparation work. The other 50% is due when the agreed ready package is available for final review.
- If only some agreed products reach the ready standard, the completion half is prorated for the products that reach it.
- If work ends before the initial preparation is performed, the unearned part of the initial payment is refunded under the written engagement terms.
- Before a partial package is accepted, we identify blocked or excluded products and the resulting balance, then obtain your agreement.
- If Reg-Relay makes an error in its agreed preparation work, we correct it without another preparation fee. Changed product facts or newly supplied evidence are scoped separately.
We use the written engagement to record cancellation terms, partial delivery, blocked products, exclusions, and any approved additional work. A blocked product is not called ready, and no payment is taken through this page.
