New testing, samples, shipping, translation, filing, broker work, and other outside work are not included unless we quote them and you approve the cost.

If the agreed work needs specialist review, we explain the question, identify the reviewer or review arrangement, say whether its cost is included or additional, and ask for your approval before we proceed.
Each escalation identifies the product, the records reviewed, what we tried, the next step, and the decision or approval we need from you.
